Please note that we are unable to rent our property to parties of under 25 yr olds and we are also unable to accept pets.

If you do have a pet or our property is unavailable for your chosen dates, we may still be able to find you another property on the resort, which may be at a reduced rate to those offered by Atlantic Reach themselves. Just let us know and we will try and do our best to find you a property at the same rates advertised on our tariffs page.

Booking

Once availability for your chosen dates is confirmed, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the final balance paid six weeks before the rental date.

We will then provide you with a booking reference number, which you will need to give to Atlantic Reach reception on arrival to get keys to the property.
