There are so many things to do around Newquay, with lots of brochures in the Atlantic Reach reception. Here is a pick of just a few things to do.


There are load of surf schools around Newquay plus places to hire surf boards and wet suits. We have used for tuition in the past, who were excellent

Eden Project

If you have never visited the Eden project, you have to see it while you're down in Cornwall, especially when it is so near to Atlantic Reach. See for more information.

Holywell Bay fun park

Holywell is great for the kids, with many attractions and rides, including a mini karting track, with all activities paid for by tokens which you buy on arrival. See for more information.

Newquay Aquarium

A great little aquarium in the centre of Newquay. See for more information.

Oasis Fun Pool

If you want a bigger pool with slides, head down the road to the Oasis Fun pool, on the way to Newquay. See for more information.

Adrenalin Quarry

A superb experience for the brave! Amazing zip[ wire ride across a quarry and also a karting track. See for more information. We bought a family ticket, which gives you rides for two adults and up to four children, but as we have just two kids, they let them have two rides each.

Newquay Zoo
